Theres two things I am pondering.
Should I change one of the deadlift days to a straight-leg deadlift or just add assistance hamstring work. I feel like my hamstrings are not getting enough love.
When you say assistance work doesn’t matter its assistance. So when you say 50 chin-ups and I do 10 reps, 10 reps, 10reps, 5reps, 5reps, 5reps, 5reps with 1min break in-between. Am I doing it right?
