I'm trying to write down exactly what I plan to do for 5/3/1 to save me any confusion when I'm in the gym. I really like the SST and plan to do it with the same exercises as in the book. My question is after my main lift and the big assistance what else do you recommend I do?Thank you.
For lower body days I'd do:Haning Leg Raise/Ab Wheel/Sit Ups/Side BendsBack Extensions/Reverse HyperextensionsLeg Curl/Split Squat
For upperbody days:Dips, Chins, Facepulls/Band Pull Aparts, Curls
