Can somebody post a video of ass to grass squatting? My hamstrings touch my calves but my back seems rouned. At the bottom of my squats my ass is rounded much in the same way that Arnold looks in that picture where he is training with Draper and he has his heels on that board and he is squatting. Is it alright if my back looks this way or should it be flat and angled? A video of a good squat would really help me out, thanks in advance.
