Has anyone experienced pain around their tailbone after squatting with full ROM? I squat down until my hams hit my calves and with chicken legs this means my ass gets really close to the grass.
You have to remove the car jack from between your heels.
It helps me with the sticking point.
A guess I have is maybe it’s poor flexibilty. Maybe the weight is taking you farther into the stretch than you normally can go.
The other thing I wonder is of you are using a weight that is too heavy?
