bench press: 3x4 140
deadlift: 275 3x3
front squat: 3x3 115 130 140

September 12
Today I lifted at school and did this:
bench press 3x3 100 115 130
incline press 2x8 45 55
lateral raises
weighted pullups 3x4 +25
