Started lifting 9 months ago. Never touched a weight and was the typical lanky teenager who wanted to get stronger and build some muscle.
I started at 150 lbs at 6"0. Now i am sitting around 180lbs. Im guesstimating 15% bodyfat but not sure. Looking to bulk up to 200 and then cut.
my lifts are:
squat: 440lbs (463 with wraps)
bench: 200lbs (paused)
