How far do you have to pull the plunger back when aspirating? Does .25-.5 cc’s cause enough of a vaccuum to see blood if you hit a vein or such?

As soon as you get an air bubble, you have pulled back far enough. If you are in a vein, you will know it immediately.
That’s what I do, but I could be wrong.
Air bubble means you’re in the clear.
