If you’re not in a globo gym, ask someone that works there - it’s their job after all, most of them are happy to help.

Never have had a problem asking a male or female for a spot. We are all there for the same reason, to be make ourselves better. Wait for them in between sets and hell most of the time you just have to point to the bench and mouth can I get a spot and say thanks after. Happy lifting!
