Asian-Style Cooking

Okay, we all know stir fry is delicious. I want to make it more delicious.

Any experiment with making their own Asian style sauces to add to stir fry/whatever?

Also, Asian Vinaigrette recipes?

If you have tips for making delicious stir fry or other Asian-style foods, post it here.

Found this online for Hoisin Sauce

4 tablespoons soy sauce, (usual/dark/light)
2 tablespoons peanut butter/black bean paste
1 tablespoon honey/molasses/white or dark sugar
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
20 drops Chinese-style hot sauce, habanero, jalapeno
1/8 teaspoon pepper
-Combine everything in a bowl and mix by hand.

Doesn’t seem to bad. And it probably beats the prepackaged stuff loaded corn syrup.
