Does anyone have any experience with ashwaghanda in increasing test and gaining muscle ?
What would be the best supps for someone who got low t and is losing muscle and gaining fat (while on same diet and training regime)
Check out ergo-log.com the studies on this herb supposedly show that it does positively affect T levels. I’ve used a supplement containing it(amongst other things fenugreek, DIM, etc) and noticed some positive effects.
