have you ever tried ashwaganda on your bodybuilders or other athletes? I know it stops cortisol, which would be helpful in my case, but I am wondering if it really useful. If so, what was the dosage and when did they take it? Before the night or maybe int the morning? Thanks in advance.
I personally have never tried it so I can’t make any recommendations on it.
