585x4 Straps were coming undone, first rep was UGLY! NO BELT, I feel this would go up no problem for ten (with straps) if I worked a little more flexibility, I might do it for fun but I think the tightness in my hips helps with my yoke ability so I will not actively try to get better at a lift that is of no use to me in contest. First heavy sumos in over a year though!
