As of March 1st, Some Small Changes

this is from march first, there are no SUPER drastic changes, but some minor, its cuz my diet intails me not loosing strength, therefore the fat loss process will take a while, since you can literally only burn 2 pounds of fat with out loosing muscle, weekly, my weight as of this morning was 268lbs
