Article Request/Suggestion

Do you think one of the coaches could do an article related to tendons and ligaments?
There’s a lot of info in the way of muscle function and growth, but not so much about how tendons/ligaments grow/repair/contract/lack of blood flow/ etc.


Controlled, mindful, static holds and contractions.
High Frequency/Repetition with low intensity.
Massage-fixing imbalances
Sprinkles of intense sessions (days,weeks), followed by sufficient rest (days, a week), and maintenance.
Hearty nutritious food.
Avoid any/all pharmaceutical drugs.
Purely anecdotal, but I believe to be true.
