I’m looking for an article that I thought was on T-Nation. I thought it was about “the grind”, that part of the last repetition where you just have to keep pushing and pushing in order to finish the full rep and the mental toughness that it takes to keep going instead of giving up, and how maybe if more kids today had that mental toughness to grind out the last rep, they might be bigger.
I thought it was on T-Nation, but it might have been on EliteFTS, but I searched both sites and can’t find it. Maybe it was called something besides “grinding”.
Anyone know the article that I’m talking about?
