Arthritis Help

I was having pain and inflamation in my hands so last week I make some blood tests and I was positive for arthritis. I have been training for almost 20 years (since I was 13) but I start feeling this aches till this year. Have some of you had to deal with this kind of problem and what treatment have you done?

I am in the same boat as you. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it sucks.

How’s your diet? When I eat like crap, everything aches but when I eat clean the pain is much more manageable. Fish oil helps but takes a little while to kick in. I also found Celadrin to be beneficial as well as boswelia.

What I also found to be very beneficial is doing joint mobility work. High rep, slow, controlled movements gets the blood flowing and seems to lubricate the joints.

I also use blue emu oil for pain relief. Hope this helps.

anti-inflammatories: fish oil, curcumin (turmeric), borage oil/evening primrose oil.

also, studies are being done on a herb called cissus - it’s good for bone and joints. i’ve heard people with tendon problems, fractures, and arthritis have gotten really good results with it.

feel free to PM me about it.

I’ve also heard castor oil helps a lot - topically, like emu oil.
