ART Help? -Tendonitis

Question for anyone who has any ideas…

I fenced for several years in college, and between that, weight lifting, and never stretching/zero pre-hab I have developed consistent, annoying tendonitis in my right elbow.

In the past few months I’ve purchased and been using a foam roller, taking fish oil, and stretching. Everything has really worked itself out well, with the exception of my elbow.

What else is there to be done? Is there any sort of ART I can do myself to help? Or is it just something I’ll have to live with?
