This was me taken at 142 lbs about 3 months ago. I’m 150 now, everything looks the same except tri’s and shoulders are a tad bigger. I’ve been lifting for about 2 years, really got serious about it a year and a half ago. How do I look? What should I work on? I know arms, I have like sewing needle limbs What else? Any recommendations for building mass besides the obvious (eating a shitload etc).
PS - I’ve crafted this new split, what do you guys think?
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Plyometrics/abs/outside cardio (HIIT)
Thursday - Shoulders/triceps
Friday - Powerlifting
Saturday - Elliptical Cardio/Abs/Triceps
