What was everyone’s experience on the Armstrong Pull-Up Program? Did it work for you as they claim it does on the Internet? I am doing it in conjuction with a modified Westside template but am reducing the rest of the back volume accordingly and already I can feel my ‘groove’ on chin-ups getting a lot better.
Some mates of mine in the aussie SAS used a similar program to get them into stupid amounts of pull-ups. The best being 40 PU’s at 199 lbs.
So It should work. I’m going to try it along with a 20-r squat program for the next three months. I better purchase a cow to eat. have fun
