Arms Outgaining Chest and Back

I’m not big on those “what do you think of my workout split” posts, but I’m going to be a hypocite and put one up anyway. After being a fairly hardgainer for a while T-mag finally has me putting on size. My problem is that my arms and legs are developing at a good pace, but my back and chest are lagging. My split is as follows:
Sun: chest, Mon: back, Tue: tris, Wed: Bis, Thu: shoulders, Fri: legs (abs every 2nd or 3rd day)
Could my biceps and triceps be outstripping my other gains because they get worked secondarily an addtional time per week (on back and chest days, respectively)? Any suggestions?
