Arm Wrestling

I have liked arm wrestling for a long time basicaly ever since I figured out how to do it

any one ever trained for compedative arm wrestling? If so how do you do it?

how many pulls should I do and for how long? and what is the best excercise to help


Go check out diesel crew’s website, if I remember correctly, they have several articles on training for armwreslting.


Has some good info about the moves, ideas about what/how to train, etc.
