Great sport to get into. Many athletes can compete well into their 50’s and 60’s at an elite level. Lots of events and clubs across the country you can check out to get involved.

Just Google “Arm Wrestling” + your state, and chances are their is something close by. I’ve competed in a few tournaments around Louisiana and thought they were a blast. I haven’t been bored by one yet.
I would love or hear and learn about how a pro arm wrestler trains and wrestles… any ideas on which website to go to… aside from the ones you prescribed here

everything heavy ass weights, with max reps you should hold the weight for about 10 seconds.
