Arm Twitching During Rows

I recently started doing barbell bent-over-rows. Often whenever I’m lifting moderately heavy, I get this twitching sensation in my right arm - as if I’m pinching a nerve. I don’t THINK there are any glaring problems in my form, but I’m admittedly just doing it based on articles and youtube videos, so I certainly could have a problem. Is this normal or a cause for concern? Anything I can do to correct it?

I used to have the same problem, but I felt it more in the shoulder. Just play around with grip width and scapulae position (try pulling them togheter and down).

In my case, it was due to a shoulder impingement: I wonder if it’s your case, but adding face pulls won’t hurt you.

First of all, make sure you’re taking a multi-vitamin everyday. Twitching or muscle spasms can be caused by vitamin deficiencies.
Secondly, like fabiop said, play with grip width, but also try the opposite style of grip that you have now. i.e. supinated if you’re currently pronated and vice versa.
