Thibs, I remember a while back you mentioned something on a livespill about recomending a natural trainee focusing on a weak bodypart with lots of frequency. You used the example of arms, and training arms 3-4x a week with just a dealifting session if I recall correctly.
I cant find it now, but I was curious on the reasoning behind it and if someone was wanting to try a similar strategy, for arms specifically, how you would plan the volume/intensity for the multiple frequency workouts?
