I will be starting the Arm Specilization in that book 2 months later. I can’t start right now because Ramadan is coming.
Would it be a good idea to stop training arms until that program so the arms will even be more responsive to stimulation?? I am planning to do whole body push/pull routine if you agree.
One last question, I recall you saying that once past a certain degree, continous specailization is the best way to gain muscle. However other than legs and back, wont gains in pounds be minimal because they are small muscle groups??
