I have been doing ABBH 1 for about a month and had a concern about differing arm sizes. While the program is going great, up 5 pounds already to 142, my arms have always been imbalanced and now they are worse.
My left is almost half an inch smaller than my right! The funny thing is, my arms are nearly the same strength. When using dumbells for instance, my left fails just a little before my right. Now, the old trick of ending the set when one arm fails hasn’t been working and was wondering what you guys thought.
