If a person is dieting with tons of cardio (1 hour a day), and performs the Great Guns workout by Ian King, will the guns grow or is there too much dieting for any growth to occur?
I think that it is next to impossible to lose weight and put size on your arms unless you are just starting to lift. I think one has to gain something like 15 pounds or so to put an inch on their arms
I agree with TJ. You’ll get stronger, but mostly from nervous system adaptation. However, it’s EXTREMELY unlikely that you’ll be able to put on any measureable size.
it really depends on how far along your arms have come. Male gymnasts have relatively huge arms and there bodyweights are quite low.
