Arimidex Symptoms At Low Dosage?

I’ve been doing 0.4 ML (100mg) Tesoviron per week. My T-levels are fine, but my E2 was a bit higher (low 60s).

The doctor suggested I take Arimigen, 1/2 a tablet, twice a week.

I decided to start off even more gently, with 1/4 a tablet twice a week. First on the day of injection, and then again 3 days after.

Should I notice any symptoms from such a low dosage? I noticed I’m a bit nauseous and am curious if this is related. And if so, will the symptom go away after a while.

Note, only had 2 dosages so far (for a total of 1/2 a tablet).

Thank you.

Anastrozole is what you should be using 1/2mg twice a week at time of injections and inject your T 50mg twice a week. Anastrozole is a prescription drug.

E2=~60pg/ml?
With that low of a dose of T, E2 that high suggests impaired E2 liver clearance. Have you had liver tested - AST/ALT

Please post all lab work, not just hormones and always need lab ranges.

Arimigen is probably useless and may be making you feel sick.

Get doc to Rx anastrozole at 1mg/week and split the pills.

Evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky. Thyroid hormone fT3 is what gets the job done and it regulates mitochondrial activity, the source of ATP which is the universal currency of cellular energy. This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.

I can be a bit abrupt in my replies and recommendations. I have a lot of ground to cover as this forum has become much more active in the last two years. I can’t follow threads that go deep over time. You need to respond to all of my points and requests as soon as possible before you fall off of my radar. The worse problems are guys who ignore issues re thyroid, body temperatures, history of iodized salt. Please do not piss people off saying that lab results are normal, we need lab number and ranges.

The value that you get out of this process and forum depends on your effort and performance. The bulk of your learning is reading/studying the suggested stickies.

Thank you for the feedback!

I think it might have been bad luck, and I just got hit by food poisoning at the same time I took the dosage. After a few days I got better, and kept on this for a week more with no more symptoms.

Latest blood test suggests that it is working at 0.25 mg, 2x a week.

Btw, Arimigen is the brand name for Anastrozole, that is available here.

I’m going to keep this for a few months and see how things turn out.

Thank you all!
