Arimidex for Fat Loss/Control?

I have previously done deca cycles without using Arimidex and had no gyno issues
Currently in another cycle, no sensitive nipples or anything but I was hoping to get rid of stubborn belly/midsection fat. Should I use Arimidex and how much ?

That is genius. Try about 1gram a day. AI to get rid of belly fat, that is something new.

Arimidex does not in fact change the laws of thermodynamics. You will lose 0lbs of fat, belly or otherwise, even if you take it in industrial grade doses. That’s not what it does and whomever told you that needs to be sent to Gitmo.

I believe what the OP was referring to was the idea that high estrogen causes more belly fat. Thus, taking the AI will reduce estrogen, resulting in less belly fat.

Low estrogen promotes, more belly fat.

This is true for women. In men, the opposite is true: higher estrogen is associated with more belly fat. Now whether it is causal or not is another debate.
