i stopped pregnenolone (progesterone do the same think)because its boost too my cortisol and gives me problems of sleep
i substituted by 12.5mg ot T3 during 15 days and reduce now to 6mg everymorning
i feel good;good energy and better sleep
by cons i think i need less of Arimidex and may be any more (i am over responder)
What do you think of it???

I continued the same protocol for 3 weeks :150mgT/week in 3 injection-0.12mg liquidex same day injection-6mcgT3 every day.
I seem to have found the right balance;i feel very well,a lot of energy,NO ED…

If you’ve found a good protocol, I would stick with it mate…that’s awesome you were able to get things tuned up…
Keep an eye on things with regular bloodwork (monitoring symptoms before you see the bloodwork so you aren’t chasing numbers) and keep at it man…
