Arginine or Citrulline Malate?

I’d like this thread to turn into a place where people talk about their experience with each Arginine and Citrulline Malate as a ‘pump inducing’ agent.

If you’ve experience both, please discuss which worked better for you, and why.

For me CitMal dominates Arginine when inducing a pump is the goal. I dosed them both at 6g, and CitMal wins…not to mention it tastes better too!

I take then together in my pre-workout. [5g each]
I understand the CM is superior if limited to one.
FTR…I am the oddball…I’ve been training for over 25 years and can count the number of times I’ve had a pump with my fingers and toes.

So getting a pump is not normal to you?

Can we add agmatine in here? Agmatine> CM > a few beers > arginine
