I used to lift weights for about a year (I did alomost every set of every workout to failure… didnt know any better, no wonder it hurt like hell and I would only have gains for the first few weeks then get pissed and take weeks off.) about 1 1/2 years ago. I havent really done crap since then but I want to start again.
I have been reading alot of the articles on this site. I don’t know which if any of the workout plans are plausable for a begginer.
I know people say that anything you do as a begginer will give you results. But what will give me the best results in the least amount of time, and what is my body just plain not ready for?
For example I really liked CW’s High Frequency Training but it seems like it would be too much for a begginer.
