Are Nuts a Good Source of Zinc and Magnesium?

I was just browsing, researching stuff and going through some nutritional data about almonds, cashews and hazelnuts.
All of these are rich Calcium. Does that mean that the Zinc in them will not be absorbed or does that apply only for the supplemental forms?

Cashews are quite high in zinc. Almonds have relatively high amounts of magnesium and calcium.

As for absorption, they’re whole foods! Your body will absorb nutrients from them much more effectively than a supplement.
