Short answer no with a qualifier.
Long answer yes with a cautionary note.
Really depends on the injury we need more info. Soft or hard tissue injury? Degenerative disc? Subluxation? Ligamentous damage? Pulled muscle? Scoliosis?
It's Degenerative disc. Possible herniation. I cut out the following exercises tell me if this is ok.

I would stay with all the compound free weights movements with light weight as it is good for rehab.
but, cut the leg presses. most people dont realise that this is alower back killer as there a tendency to round or flatten your back which puts shearing foeces on your lubar spine especialy l-4, l-5.
