I’ve been eating dates kinda regularly, the big fat Medjool ones, anyone know if they’re pretty healthy fruit? I’m starting to think they might be kinda high on the GI scale.
I would tend to agree. When I eat dates I feel wired for a little, then kind of tired. It seemed like the typical response to high GI foods.
