When on the t-dawg diet are carbs like oats, rice and bread necessary? or is it advised/ better to get thtem all from fruits an vegetables?
anyone?
Generally, it has to do with how processed the carbs are… or how quickly they will be absorbed.

Of those three I could live without rice and bread, but I gotta have my oats, even raw. Great food for a bunch of reasons IMHO.

It also depends on the timing of them when doing the T-dawg and also the amout fitting in your carb allotment.
I agree I cant live without my pats either but I read on here that if you are hungry after a day of dieting it might be because of the oats/breads. You can eat a lot more veggies for the same amount of carbs.
