Courtesy of my Girlfriend’s sister who’s quite the gym rat herself, and who’s recently become a Metabolic Drive Junkie - lol
Ingredients:
1 egg, ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk (i like the so delicious brand),
¼ cup walnuts, 3 scoops banana cream Metabolic Drive powder,
½ cup banana mashed, 3 tsp cinnamon, 6 packets truvia
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk. Coat a 9" bread pan with coconut cooking spray (its fat free and sold at whole foods)
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350
Nutrition:
Total for the entire loaf â?? 730 cal, 30g fat, 25g carbs, 80g protein
If you cut it into 12 squares: 60 cal, 2.5fat, 2carbs, 6.5 protein
I have yet to try it myself, but considering that I’ve microwaved just Metabolic Drive and small amounts of water in past attempts to make a passable ‘brownie’ (and so I wouldn’t have to carry a shaker at all times when dieting), this certainly sounds like it would be a much better alternative.
She said she had played around with a few variations, but that the mashed banana is what gave it some sort of actual ‘substance’. Additionally, mentioning that you could probably play around with Apple Sauce or some other sort of substitute. I’m sure once the Holiday Season rolls around, my girl and I will see what sort of concoctions we can come up with (just bought a Holiday themed cake/cookie decorating set over the weekend -lol)
