sounds good, nice meal for after a good workout maybe

I have yet to try it myself, but considering that I've microwaved just Metabolic Drive and small amounts of water in past attempts to make a passable 'brownie' (and so I wouldn't have to carry a shaker at all times when dieting), this certainly sounds like it would be a much better alternative.

The better question here stu, is she single? lol

#5

I think I'm gonna make it but with Chocolate whey. Banana Chocolate bread could be good. Banana bread with chocolate chips certainly is.

Thanks for sharing, Stu.

Stu,

This looks easy and awesome. I may try this, but subbing coconut milk with greek yogurt (22g prot per cup).

Thanks for sharing!

She said she had played around with a few variations, but that the mashed banana is what gave it some sort of actual 'substance'. Additionally, mentioning that you could probably play around with Apple Sauce or some other sort of substitute. I'm sure once the Holiday Season rolls around, my girl and I will see what sort of concoctions we can come up with (just bought a Holiday themed cake/cookie decorating set over the weekend -lol)
