Applying the 80/20 principle to training

Can it be done? Considering the average trainer trains about 3-4 hours a week, would it be possible to achieve 80% of the results achieved in 20% of the time (~40 minutes or so a week)?

If so, how would you go about it?

well eating well and preparing food takes 80% of the time and 20% in the gym so no…haha jk…i dont think it works that way. I think 3 days a week 30 mins a day is the minimum…possible 2 days a week, but thats strectching it, possible CHad Waterbury’s workouts, take quite lil time, try searching his articles.
