So far I’ve gathered this from other threads/articles:
apple pie spices:
- 4 parts ground cinnamon
- 2 parts ground nutmeg
- 1 part ground cardamom
American Pie Shake
2 -3 scoops vanilla Metabolic Drive
1 container (3.9 oz) natural unsweetened apple sauce
Cinnamon as desired
Cold water (Add more or less based on the consistency you want.)
Kbattis’ Cinnamon-Roll Protein Shake
2 scoops vanilla Metabolic Drive
1 tbsp sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp imitation vanilla (or 1/4 tsp extract)
1 packet Splenda
cinnamon to taste
8 oz. water or low-fat milk
3 ice cubes
A few dashes butter flavor sprinkles or butter-flavor extract
Sabrina’s Pumpkin Pie Shake
Take one can of pumpkin pie filling and pour it into an ice cube tray. Once frozen, blend 4-5 cubes with the following:
1 banana
dash of cinnamon
1 cup cooked oatmeal
24 oz skim milk
3 scoops vanilla Metabolic Drive
Weird, but damn tasty! Perfect for skinny “hardgainers.”
I’ll probably try:
2-3 scoops vanilla protein
skim milk or water
1 container of applesauce
applepie spices
try davinci pumpkin pie syrup with a dash of pumpkin pie spice with vanilla protein powder

pumpkin pie syrup?
sounds delicious.
oh yeah:
2 scoops vanilla protein
cinnamon to taste
1 cap full of imitation butter
this is also good as a pudding
you could add heavy cream, flax meal, psyllium husks, as well to increase calories/nutrients.

it’s more like a pumpkin pie flavored liquid. it’s water consistency, not like pancake syrup. i got the sugar free one. they have a huge assortment of flavors check out their website.

ordering online is a problem. I’m going to have quite the time convincing the parents to order me syrup online :).
