Apple Cider Vinegar's Effects on Fat Loss


I know there's a few mentions of apple-cider vinegar on the site but no actual threads that I could find so here goes.

which linked me to this study


on the effects of vinegar on body fat. the study seems to show that vinegar just makes you lose fat (3% over 12 weeks), but am I right to be suspicious that the address on the study is of the Mizkan corporation (that makes vinegar, among other things)?
What's the truth about vinegar? Should I start taking it?



That data looks promising and I have heard similar things before. I believe vinegar has been proven to reduce the glycemic response after a meal before so this just takes that one step further. My take on it is why not try it for 4-6 weeks and see if you notice anything different. Worst case it does nothing for you.
