I’m a big fan of the product and it’s various benefits, but I read somewhere recently that use of it over time can weaken bones (not just tooth enamel). Any thoughts if supplementing with extra calcium might help offset this or if it is even anything to worry about?

That sounds like bro-science. Probably due to the reported fact that soaking a chicken bone in vinegar will make it soft.
I imagine a balanced nutritious diet which includes vinegar wouldn’t create any sort of bone problems.
Im just unsure about the whole thing altogether. It seems like both sides, pros and cons have stuff to back each up.
Having said that, I was going to start taking it to stop a sinus infection but I read it wasnt THAT great and had the sides you mention.
