I hate taking a lot of time with breakfast, so I have a couple convenience recipes I stick to. This shake is one of them.
2 Green Apples
1 cup Wild Blueberries (Frozen)
1 cup Oats
2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
1 scoop LC Metabolic Drive Strawberry
8 oz of cold water
The frozen fruit helps to replace the ice factor, which is good because my fridge doesn’t have an ice maker. Again, this isn’t rocket science, but it is good.
