Appetite

I’m 5’11" and about 150 and growing with ~10%BF. My appetite is rediculous. I eat 5000+cals. and I still am hungry. I’m still gaining weight slowly about .5-1 pounds a week so that’s fine, but is there any explanation for my appetite. I know that I am 15 so I’m a “growing boy”, my parents could give me that answer, but I’m still making gains so it doesn’t make sense? I literally have a 1200 cal breakfast and barely feel anything in my stomach for more than 15 minutes, not exagerrating at all.

Any input?

Yes…you are growing. It would have taken me that much or more to gain at that age. that is why I didn’t gain any weight until I was in college and could hit the lunch line 2 and 3 times.

Where are all these calories coming from? P/F/C breakdown? If you’re eating 1200 calories worth of refined sugar cereal for breakfast I can see why you wouldn’t be full in 15 minutes. If you’re doing it with eggs and meat, well then, enjoy it while it lasts man. I miss the days of being able to scarf that much and stay lean. I’m only 24 but I swear my bf% goes up 1% every time I walk by the fridge.

anyone going to ask what a 15 year old is doing with a pornsite avatar? (;

shit man if I could eat that much (for free) I would… . keep going hard and youll be in better shape than most of us here by the time you get to our age… . but dont forget to read a book or two and try not to let bodybuilding take over your life because at this stage youre still growing both mentally and physically. …

wish I had started younger. …

If your hungry eat more

Keep going dewd.

Add lots of fats and eggs to keep you full.

fiber and fats help you stay full longer. have a steak for breakfast.
