Anything to Avoid Mixing with Velocity Diet Supplements?


I’m starting the Velocity diet in a few days (whenever the box gets here). Mostly just as a kick-start to get me back on track.

I have various joint problems from beating myself up during years of climbing, free running, skateboarding, snowboarding, etc. So I take a handful of joint-related supplements twice a day, otherwise my right knee, both of my elbows, and my left wrist will get extremely mad at me if I lift or climb.

However I’m not exactly an expert on supplements, so I wanted to see if I should stop taking any of these while I’m taking the supplements provided in the Velocity kit.

Raw One for Men (just an organic/vegetarian one-a-day)
MSM: 1000mg, 2x/day
Turmeric: 500mg 2x/day
Antler Velvet (with Amino): 500mg, 2x/day

You’ll definitely want to start a V-Diet thread and/or log over in the V-Diet Support forum to hear from other folks who’re doing or did the plan.

But generally, the supplements you listed will be fine on the V-Diet.
