Anything I Can Do to Get Taller?

HGH+Lumbar puncture

Worked for me.

I’d give a bunch to be shorter. At my current weight I’d be a heck of a lot stronger.

Grass is always greener where you ain’t.

Hanging out with people like me.

Check out EliteFTS for a Russian Text Called “School of Height.”

If it’s really important to you, then there might be a chance this book could do something.

Otherwise, just know Basketball is kind of dumb.

So that’s how Drivethruhero did it.

I’d think squats would make you shorter if anything, spinal compression and all that.

Squats make you Shorter and Playing Basketball Makes you taller. Everyone knows that!

No way. They’ll make you taller since they’ll give you bigger abs and your bigger abs will stretch out your spine.

See what I just did. I said something impossibly stupid just like you.

I’ve heard that some types of deep massage can actually make you a little ‘taller’, in that, most people are actually hiding an inch or two in their spines from years of bad posture and the likes, and some forms of very aggressive massaging can work that out, over the course of a few weeks and many sessions. I don’t know if I buy it though. I’m not looking to get any taller any time soon though.

I don’t see how it is impossibly stupid. I’ve personally known a guy who was my height, and is now a few inches shorter. He blames it on heavy squats, sure, he could be completely wrong, but either way, he didn’t lose the height until he started lifting heavy. ymmv.

Viagra.

please why do people talk when they have no scientific evidence or knowledge to back anything up,

i know a guy who started squatting and grew 4inches, it must be the squats, please

I never said I believed it. As a rule, I don’t think squats or any lifting will make you taller or shorter.

But, I think there could be a situation where increased HGH from heavy lifting could help someone reach their maximum height(assuming they are still growing), just as there could conceivably be a situation where someone, through lifting heavy(and probably improperly) could ‘lose’ some height(though it would probably still be ‘there’).

Seems possible to me, though I don’t really believe it.

You’re fine, stop crying about it. There are plenty of 5’6’’ guys who would die to be 6’1’'[/quote]

I’d kill every last one of you fuckers!

Do this.

Apply a ring every year for the next 10 years.

Come bench with me and then tell me you want to get taller. Ass.

Anyways, I’ll post it again.

Many exercises improve posture which can make you appear taller as you won’t be slouching anymore.

Stretching and massage can do the same.

This is probably what you heard about.

You don’t actually grow taller but you do free up “hiding” height as was mentioned.

And if you have bad posture, correcting it does create this phenomenon.

Genetics are genetics, deal with it. I’m a tall guy but an ectomorph and am genetically disadvantaged when it comes to putting on muscle. I still like being tall though.

Well obviously he wasn’t drinking enough milk.

Squats AND milk. Not just squats.
