Anything for Healing?

I few years back I broke my nose and now it is a bit crooked. I would like to have it fixed but, the 8-12 weeks of healing seems like a while before I can train. I also seem to be a pretty weak healer.

Is there anything I can take perhaps GH that will speed up healing/recovery maybe even help keep scarring to a minimum?

Any help is appreciated.

Why would nose surgery keep you from trainingfor at least 2 months? Is that what a doctor told you?

I was told I would be able to start exercising after 6 weeks but, when I told him I lift heavy he said perhaps a bit longer. It can cause nasal pressure or tightness too much pressure may prolong healing process.

I was also on Accutane a couple years ago which can slow down healing process. They say 1 year after a course is good but, who knows.

If I can do something to help with healing and scarring (the faster you heal the better for scarring) why not?
