Hi all, just recently created a spreadsheet for my girlfriend. I’m trying to help her count calories and such, and i compiled a neat little excel file that i think covers most of the basics. I wrote it in about an hour or so and I’d like to have someone else double check my numbers, though I think their pretty close.
Also I got most of my numbers from “The new rules of lifting” by Lou Schuler and Cosgrove so i have a credible source.

All you have to do is fill in your calories by meal, and it auto totals per day.
And under the ‘calories burned’, i meant for that to represent how many calories were burned in the gym per day via sprints or something. (If you know)
Finally, just plug in weight and ‘activity level’, and it should tell you weight loss per week and metabolic rate.
Erm… i think that’s it…
