The Wendler Classic is calling my name. Anyone on here using it? I really like the point of building strength with sleds and weight vest.
I have used it, and still do the weight vest workouts regularly even when I’m not. I don’t have a sled, though, so wasn’t able to implement that into the training.
I really like 2-3 days of barbell lifts plus 1-2 days of weight vest work or a similar DB/KB workout from Dan John.
