Has anyone used there website? For 100 bucks they act as a nutritionist for you to gain or lose weight.
To lose weight:
Keep calories at BW x 10-12 cals, protein at 1g per lb of BW, and fill in the rest from carbs and fat.
To gain weight:
Calories at BW x 18-20, protein at 1g per lb, fill in the rest from carbs and fat.
I would like my hundred bucks now please.
