Has anyone tried the nutrition plan in his huge in a hurry book? I wanna try it but am wondering what other people results have been. I’m gonna try it for 4 weeks like he asks and if I’m not liking the results I’m going to switch up my diet. Has anyone calculated the macros in his sample diet for gaining? I’m weary of him say that every kind of complete protein source he gives had 7g per ounce and chicken breast doesn’t have much fat.
